after applying MX-1 idle temp goes down 24c

i'm using e2140 m0 stepping with biostar tp35d2-a7, a-data extreme ddr2-800.
my max bus speed is 380 can load windows but cant pass orthos, my setting 1.4xx v anything wrong ? |

i did my nb, sb to 1.45, i'm using biostar tp35d2. vcore 1.45v but it wont pass 400mhz....
FSB:RAM 1:1. whats going on ? |
