Try using 32M instead, its difficul to differentiate for 1M cos too small.

the 1066 FSB mod works on this proc. i tried it out and it booted at 266*9 without problems. i managed to OC to 400fsb which i couldn't get to without the mod. but the IHS of the CPU was too concave, temps were too high, 50c idle blink.gif will start lapping the IHS once i get the sandpapers from bombman thumbup.gif

yeah, the sandpaper is to lap the IHS and get better temps. currently the temps on my E2160 @stock is 35c shocking.gif
the IHS is so concaved that there's barely any contact where the 2 cores are...

i used ELECOLIT 340 (conductive paint) to do the FSB mod.

after doing the BSEL mod i can OC up to 400FSB, but due to heat issues its not stable(IHS too concave, 50c idle @3.6ghz rclxub.gif) . i'll lap the CPU this weekend and try getting a stable OC.

YES it is. it's based on Conroe (E6300 and the likes) architecture BUT with stripped down stuff and all.

E4xxx series is on Allendale architecture.
