The buzzing noise is not so much of an issue if you dont really mind lor. Still can listen to songs, just not perfect nia.

XPS 1330 is sexy, but price is overkill for the same spect as 1420. If you really want, try to get a dell employee to buy for you at staff price
(up to RM800 off the market price) icon_idea.gif

As what tracyjz said, for entertainment go for 1520 lor

Haha, that is the standard procedure to diagnose for most TS in dell. It is troublesome but its required to prevent wrong part dispatch. Normally they would check the part# of the FP, those parts with known issues are normally highlighted. Or maybe you got a new guy there laugh.gif

seriously la.. he say he never heard of the grainy issue... i have to guide him to dell community forums and read what micheal dell post about the lcd thing. I was gonna ask him if he's new. In the end i could not stand it, i asked " is this dell technical support side?", which he say yes and i thought i called the wrong number.

Normally if you face trouble in describing the problem, what you can do is get the email of the tech support guy, take a pic of your screen and email it to him. A picture paints a thousand words. Then tell him that you are not satisfied and ask him to talk to his manager and they will replace it for you for the sake of customer experience. smile.gif
