I think there will be another model 1525 running Intel. But 1526 is confirmed! AMD prc offers a bigger bang for your $$$ and better for gaming. The Vid crd is ATI X dunno wat dee .. but its 256mb .. need to check it out further and will provide info when I have it. Release date is TBA .. probably b4 Xmas or Jan 08... hang on guys ...

1525 and 1526 is supposed to replace the 1520 and 1521(US). Inspiron line is marketed as a budget notebook, so price will be around RM2-4k depending on spects. They cannot sell it too high because it will clash with the XPS line.

So the pairing of AMD with ATI is typical since both are from one company. Some may love ATI but most gamers are hardcore NVIDIAns.

Sorry bro, I also just received this info few days back. In terms of spects wise is not much difference la, just the physical appearance only changes.
ATI or Nvdia same 1 la, as long as you can play the games that you want is enough d rite ? If you are really hardcore, then buy desktop dee. You can return the sys in 14 days if you don't like it. But you must wait till xmas or maybe Jan08 for the 1526 to release.

Screen size is 15.4" with magnetic latches, weight its about 1420 with 9 cell batt, slimness also like 1420, got HDMI but the optical drive is not slot in ~~ huhuhuh~~
