It's just below your media button only, specifically under the Play/Pause button.
Wi-Fi catcher is to detect available wifi connection around you.

do you have a Dell remote control?  infrared port in 1520 only work for Dell remote control, not for data transfer.
you won't see the driver/item in device manager but work for dell remote control.
*
no...when i was using vista, i did before, it can send data...im sure i did this before when i was using vista...

After taking 1520 out in several occasions, I started to feel that it's tad heavy to carry around... sad.gif Do you have the same feeling ? Or you all just using your 1520 at home ?

Thinking of getting myself a backpack...Now I'm using the DELL carrying bag

Another option is to sell it and buy a 14-inch...

Haha, no problem, anyone is a noob before.

http://www.laptopvideo2go.com/forum/index....showtopic=14562

So i assume you want to try 163.44 and you are using Vista 32bit now. Download the driver from the link I provided and modded INF. Extract the driver you've downloaded. So now you have a folder, what you need to do is just to copy and paste the modded INF into the folder to replace the existing file. Go into the folder, and click the setup file, the rest you should know what to do smile.gif

Note you must have  Microsoft's .NET Framework Version 2.0 or newer installed.  Notebook Hardware Control requires Windows 2000, XP or Windows Vista 32Bit.
