I pump petrol but didnt get Setel points. How come? Transaction is recorded on Setel. Manual enter number at pump. Previously, no issue

generate dnqr from your own bank app

use setel app to scan the bank's dnqr

see it allow or not.

setel also got transferable and non transferable amount

Android or ios? I have the same problem dont know since when. Gave up seeking help from CS.

both device that i tried are samsung. The livechat CS claimed will forward this problem to relevant team & revert back to me in 3 working days.

Android, tried on 3 other phones...same issue...in the end got blocked from login... requesting assistance from Cs for now.

I manage to add card according to CS advice.
There are 2 things that i did.

First is retype name, all in small letter. Edit: tested again, small or capital letter doesnt matter. Just retype the name.
Second, after retype name, dont use the enter button from keyboard, just scroll down and press the add card board on screen.

Ignore the device trick, most probably it is related something above.

1k in CASA means you lose approx $3 a month. Add annual fee $1.50 = $4.50 a month. So it's 8.5% for basic petrol users from 10k monthly quota.

I think Maybank2me Islamic got 1 credit card that gives 8% on weekends. Nice and straightforward but pay $25 GST.
