For your information, members who use selected Mesra Rewards channels to earn points will not receive their points immediately when purchasing subsidised RON95 due to technical issue that is currently ongoing.

The impact to those members that use the following channels to earn points, whilst purchasing subsidised RON95:
a. Mesra Card

c. Mesra Rewards digital barcode (on Setel app)

They gave me a setel point adjustment after 1 day. I haven't test another round yet.

I'm using Hong Leong Wise card which some claim if use in Setel app not eligible for petrol cashback. So I tap direct.

Not count to membership level

Yes. But because of this delay, it becomes a point adjustment which doesn't count I guess
