Why would you do that?

Anyway I think once you use your ic at the pump, that pump is "in use" and you can't select the same pump in the app. I could be wrong though.

my family we all use one central number at the pump to collect points, all parking also under this number too.

I misread his question, I tot he's using setel app.

Because setel is now linked with ic and subsidy quota counter.

Want to accumulate setel points at only one account. I mean without using the app. Previously can enter the phone no manually at the kiosk. Have not tried if still possible now.

family member filing up using family account in setel will use up personal 300L quota instead of the family wallet's owner, ive check that with helpdesk

terminal using ic and phone number maybe can confirm with the helpdesk

Just tried. The receipt shows mesra card approved but mesra point is not updated at setel apps. Subsidy quota from IC holder.

I used my own IC and own Setel, both same name and IC no. but Setel points not credited.

Hi, I try just now, even with:
1. Credit card added to payment methods,
2. One-tap fueling Enabled

It still say wallet not enough balance or something similar.
What am I missing?

Confirmed manual payment using CC at kiosk and enter phone no doesn’t get mesra points. Already 24 hrs since yesterday. Also, just pumped at a different petronas station, same thing, regardless of IC number
