Setel is destined to fail because they hired the wrong person to be in charge of duitnow, scans and fraud.

Just saw my Setel card is frozen. How come? Anyone faced this before?

I use rm300 Petronas a month and rare merchant or Duitnow payment

the redeem 500 points = RM5 is non tranferable ... .. ....

Shopeepay is still visible on my setel app.

at 6am---i can see shopeepay/grab topup option are back .

Used to be frozen as well. Their whole system's fraud sensitivity is too sensitive. Just PM their CS and answer them what they want. They'll reactivate it back soon enough.

Then it'll get frozen again after you do a few same transactions.

maybe there is lope hole compromise.

Few days ago noticed loop hole on Setel able to transfer money out by scanning personal QR. But on daily basis QR will restrict the particular QR. However, today noticed Setel limited those fund as non-transferable (where you not top up direct via Bank Account).
Thought still have few personal QR to use and can last until 10 September

Anyone tried to renew their digital road tax and car insurance from Setel?

1. Does the digital road tax will reflect in MyJPJ app?

2. Does the insurance package & price is the same in the original insurance online portal, ex. Etiqa one?

3. Any ecommerce platform accept Setel as payment?
