Using setel app for 2 weeks now. So far no issue except that it doesn't allow payments for bank DuitNowQR only e wallet QR is scannable.

I have not reloaded via shopeepay for long time already. I tried just now. Still can redeem 50% coins. My guess is your account is somehow restricted from coin redemption by Shopee or maybe your account has exceeded some limit of daily or monthly coin redemption
