The slow response problem were face weeks ago, till now sometime i also shy to use Setel to scan and pay.

Yes, I always experience the same problem.
No more Setel after I finished all my balance (400++), will switch to Boost & GrabPay.

Setel opened the possibility to scan any other eWallets (your CASA's QR, RM500/daily limit) and transfer your transferrable credit over but after 2 days, they blocked (one of my CASA) QR (din even use more than 1k lol).

Setel is just suka2 banning QRs. From merchant to personal QRs. I think other than petrol, don't ever reload so much into it. Setel's fraud detection is just too sensitive.

(1) i went to a merchant to eat, wanna pay via Setel DNQR , was given a response "The merchant QR has being restricted"

(2) Today want to topup (just now), Payment gateway offline ...


So much difficulty using it.

(1) Setel is known to have high failure QR scan rate for whatever reason
