Well you can't do much with it. UnifiTV app itself is full of bugs. Low picture quality, background sound once you restart the UPB and etc. For now just have to deal with it. Mine I just leave it in Sleep mode. I don't recommend you to switch off the UPB. Unless you are using it once awhile

I suggest you straight call to MCMC by verbal call and explain to MCMC.

No comment for Unifi, maybe you are too pro or too technical until Unifi don't understand what you want to express for it.

Not like I simple write to them but they emailed me regarding this issue since I made report to MCMC. It has been 3 months since I got the UPB. Till now the problem is not solve yet. The thing is the UnifiTV team does not know how to do their job. That's what I can say. The UnifiTV app is full of bugs. I gave them suggestions on how to improve the UnifiTV app but it seems like they "don't care". I did called MCMC through phone back in end of December. But I néed you guys to do the same thing as well. It can't be always me who have been complaining to them regarding this issue. I have astro ultra box so I don't watch UnifiTV at all. Please call 100 and press option 4. Ask them is there any deal available for your plan with UPB. They offered me 100Mbps+UPB for RM 139. I took the offer and been using UPB since Nov 24th. Its not worth paying RM 20 monthly for 24 months. Try to call and ask them 😊. Lemme know once you talk to them

If RM20/month gets me UPB+Ultimate pack+5 concurrent access then its worth it for me
But if +RM10 like yours gets the same deal, then it is even better

LOL no RM 20 monthly is only for UPB. If ultimate package then have to take RM 169 package which comes with 100Mbps+STB20+Ultimate package and UPB. Mine is 100Mbps+STB20+Varnam package+UPB for RM 139. Ultimate need to add another RM30. But I don't recommend you to get the ultimate package. The picture quality is very bad on the UPB due to UnifiTV app bug. UPB is good but not the UnifiTV app! Been complaining to TM and MCMC since 25th of Nov and till today they couldn't solve this issue. So I gave up and just now in the afternoon I called the promotion department to ask for any deal for my package and possible to remove the TV package while maintaining the UPB. Means I no need to return the UPB and I can keep it. The person said yes and told me he will create a report for my issue. I am totally done with this UnifiTV team. They just couldn't do their job well. They should resign but no they are still there doing a lousy job 😡
