need to use physical card or can we just add the card to touch n go?

Can also add the card to Boost, Touch n Go, Grab, Setel ...

Debit card of course can be used for top up e-wallets.

eh i tried shopeepay and tng, both also transaction failed with my debit card haha.
nvr used before, but i recalled i verified and changed pin at atm card.
must first use at terminal first? will check with cs. hehe

Debit purchase limit = 0?
No Card Presence flag?
Internet/E-commerce flag?

I have activated "no presence" at SCB website and it was approved.
However, I'm unable to reload RazerPay and ShopeePay.
Have used the card to withdraw but never did a transaction before this.

What is Debit Purchase limit? Is it set to 0?

I don't remember but I put a value for everything when I made the request on SCB Website

Unfortunately there's no way to retrieve the current setting other than to contact CS via call/live chat in the app/portal.

My request is approved. Still cannot topup wechat pay too....

Yes, there is no way to check debit cards transaction limit and settings after setting. It took a few days to do processing for me. Recently, I have wave and do shopee purchase and so far so good. Just one more transaction to go, to meet 5 times criteria.

I did complain to the Live Chat CS about this and ask them to do improvement.
At least, they should have immediate effect upon change submitted like other banks.
Otherwise, that page is only serving as Service Request Raise page only.

ok my experience.
set no card presence yesterday. approved today. can add card to shopee now, but cant add money after that, ie no purchase done.

made another request in whatever setting convined limit POS (what's this laaa) and another no card presence flag togther with oversea transaction.

let's see again. 😅

why is it so difficult. other bank debit card got so difficult or not? lol

It's difficult because there's no channel to do this by your ownself.
The debit card management section in the app/portal is merely useless.

Same situation. Asked CS, they say that the error is due to "Wrong CVV". But i have inserted the correct CVV when i registered the card and when reload to ShopeePay, there is no place to key in CVV.

Besides ShopeePay, i have tried TnG ewallet. It worked.
