If TnG e-wallet can go through but ShopeePay cannot go through, it's very likely that Shopee doesn't recognize the BIN of the SC debit card.

i use maybank amex gold cash back.

to me, none could replace it if you want to use it for big ticket items.

amex has unlimited cap on cash back amount. I earned easily rm200 cash back per month during travelling last 2 years.

Same. TnG ewallet is 2nd lowest (min RM 10)

i manage to topup bigpay using my debit card, however the amount is not deducted from my Privilege$aver account. any idea why?

I don't think I was being charged RM 8/12 debit card fee also.

See if it'll be charged next month upon debit card anniversary.
