OPUS x BOOST MISSION CAMPAIGN
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T)(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions. Campaign Period 3 July 2020 to 3 October 2020 Eligibility This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users who are also registered customers of Opus Asset Management (“Customers”). Campaign Mechanics 1. To participate in this Campaign and to be able to stand a chance to win the prizes stipulated in paragraph 2 (“Prizes”), Customers have to perform the following steps: a. Join the Opus Boost Mission (“Mission”) in the Boost app; b. Invest in any Opus Asset Management (“OpusAM”) unit trust funds with a minimum value of RM 500 in a single transaction on Opus Touch’s website (URL: https://touch.opusasset.com/) and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) to complete one Mission, except for newly registered customer of OpusAM, who must make an initial investment with a minimum value of RM 1000 in a single Transaction, to complete one Mission. c. One Mission completed gives a Customer: i. twenty (20) Boost coins; and ii. one (1) entry to be in the running to win the Prizes. 2. There will be a total of twelve (12) winners for this Campaign, who will be eligible to win the following Prizes:
3. Customers may join and complete this Mission during the Campaign Period as many times as they want to get multiple entries to increase their chances of winning. However, each Customer is only eligible to get one Prize. Twelve (12) winners will be selected at random and winner announcement will be made on Opus Touch and / or OpusAM’s website. Winners will be notified by OpusAM on 19th October 2020 via EDM for the redemption of the Prizes. 4. Each winner of the Grand Prize and Second Prize respectively, agrees that OpusAM makes no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prizes, including without limitation to, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 5. The Prizes offered shall be subject to OpusAM’s terms and conditions and subject to availability of stock. Then i lodge a report to Boost, it was resolved immediately and the mission was completed and got back my base coins. Again, today facing boost transaction issue. Payment done but stuck at boost payment page and also didn't reflect investment in Opus Touch. Hopefully they can resolve it soon.
