OPUS x BOOST MISSION CAMPAIGN

This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1214970-T)(“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Missions Features Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.

Campaign Period

3 July 2020 to 3 October 2020

Eligibility

This Campaign shall be applicable to Boost users who are also registered customers of Opus Asset Management (“Customers”).

Campaign Mechanics

1. To participate in this Campaign and to be able to stand a chance to win the prizes stipulated in paragraph 2 (“Prizes”), Customers have to perform the following steps:
a. Join the Opus Boost Mission (“Mission”) in the Boost app;
b. Invest in any Opus Asset Management (“OpusAM”) unit trust funds with a minimum value of RM 500 in a single transaction on Opus Touch’s website (URL: https://touch.opusasset.com/) and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) to complete one Mission, except for newly registered customer of OpusAM, who must make an initial investment with a minimum value of RM 1000 in a single Transaction, to complete one Mission.
c. One Mission completed gives a Customer:
i. twenty (20) Boost coins; and
ii. one (1) entry to be in the running to win the Prizes.

2. There will be a total of twelve (12) winners for this Campaign, who will be eligible to win the following Prizes:

Consolation Prizes worth RM 50 each (in units of OpusAM fund); to be credited into the winners’ respective investment account maintained with OpusAM.	10

3. Customers may join and complete this Mission during the Campaign Period as many times as they want to get multiple entries to increase their chances of winning. However, each Customer is only eligible to get one Prize. Twelve (12) winners will be selected at random and winner announcement will be made on Opus Touch and / or OpusAM’s website. Winners will be notified by OpusAM on 19th October 2020 via EDM for the redemption of the Prizes.

4. Each winner of the Grand Prize and Second Prize respectively, agrees that OpusAM makes no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prizes, including without limitation to, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. The Prizes offered shall be subject to OpusAM’s terms and conditions and subject to availability of stock. OpusAM reserves the right to substitute and replace the Prizes offered with another prize of equal value or higher value as OpusAM deems fit.

6. When it comes to completing multiple Boost missions of the same criteria, only 1 mission will be considered as completed, based on the following order, by highest reward, by earliest expiry, by earliest participation date.

Yes. Faced some errors on header at Boost payment (scan & pay), eventually payment done but Opus still showing pending.
After few hr, check again, the transaction is deem as completed.

From Boost side, I didn't recv any boost coins (even based 4x also don't have).
Report this to Boost support and get it sorted out. The missing coins (4x) is credited into my account.


Lesson learnt: If notice some suspicious error on either Boost or Opus, shouldn't proceed. Else need to report & follow-up on issue with support team. Ma fan!

Its known opus issue not boost issue

Opus seems fine, only waiting response from Boost to confirm payment. But I believe Opus will cross check again with Boost (in background) on pending payment. So it may take an hour or more.

Boost issue is obvious. Someone reported no boost coins from Opus, but if you reported it to CS, you'll get back the missing coins.

why i say is opus issue is do u face the same issue when using boost pay for other mechant?
this only happen to opus so its opus issue

It is not only the boost coin, but also shake reward and also mission.

I had to email to boost to get my base coin, shake reward and also for the Boost-opus mission. Personally i don't think opus has access to boost's coin, shake reward and mission function.

Also, I dont have issue when paying opus with FPX.

Ok. I'll rewrite in such way, "Opus is having issue on interaction with Boost during payment stage,". It caused missing base coin after payment is deem completed at both side. I don't know why Boost not giving base coin for this Opus transaction until I contacted Boost CS. They admitted their issue.

To confirm my account is not having 'soft-ban' those issue, I repeated another trnx with Opus again on same day, but base coins is rewarded.
I also don't know in what situation Boost will not reward base-coin, but I know shake coins is always giving randomly.

If one day Boost decided not to give coins for Opus as merchant, I'll not be surprise.

As someone reported this missing coins, I was a bit into paying extra attention ... to Boost's behavior.

I faced the same experience, I tried my first activated Opus Mission at Boost, it didn't complete and didn't give me the base coins. Then i lodge a report to Boost, it was resolved immediately and the mission was completed and got back my base coins. I tried few more times later without issues, got my base coins and instantly complete the mission. I did this after Boost clarified they have resolved the mission problem.

ya, definitely not Opus issue, somebody here just like to overreact everywhere. Opus doesnt give boost coin, boost give.

Again, today facing boost transaction issue. Payment done but stuck at boost payment page and also didn't reflect investment in Opus Touch. Hopefully they can resolve it soon.

They deduced your Boost wallet but investment didn't reflect in Opus? So far I have never encountered this issue. But I would be paranoid if I have, I always screenshot after completing each transaction, just in case something like this happens.

Yes, i received Opus investment confirmation email after 1 hour, perhaps today is boost online day, traffic jam i think.
