QUOTE(GrumpyNooby @ Jun 23 2020, 10:15 PM) If your transaction made before 4pm today, you should be entitled for it since the ex-distribution date is 24/6/2020 QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Jun 23 2020, 10:21 PM) it doesn't really matter entitle or not, it's still the same NAV except lower down NAV and pay u distribution or add into your units Ok, thanks for explanation. By lowering down the fund price through distribution, i think there's more higher potential gap for the price to go up, instead of fluctuating at high price. Please correct me if i am wrong.for ur case, they will follow today NAV and buy according to how much units you gonna get eg 22/6 NAV = RM1.761 if no change 23/6 NAV = RM1.751 + RM0.01 distribution u will get 1005.71102 units rather than 1000 units based on RM1.751, not RM1.761 |

QUOTE(funboy555 @ Jun 24 2020, 09:04 AM) By giving distribution is an exercise to 1. Lower down the fund price. 2. To distribute income for big investors who want a consistent payout. The lower price is just a misconception from people that lower price means more worth it to enter. Unit trust shouldn't be the case, as the return especially for Fixed income fund is consistent and stable, so the return is steady. For example, RM 1.0000 price if up by 1% = RM 1.0100 RM 2.0000 price if up by 1% = RM 2.0200 it is still 1%. if you buy in at RM1 with RM 1000 means you will have 1000 units. if buy in at RM2, you will have 500 units. If the fund return goes up by 1%, regardless of what, your money value will also be up by 1% to 1010. 1000 units * RM 1.0100 = RM 1010 500 units * RM 2.0200 = RM 1010 Hope this explain well to you. QUOTE(MUM @ Jun 24 2020, 09:10 AM) for UT it is all about NAV.... Thank you for all the valuable sharing, now I am more understanding about it.get the correct definition right and then i hope that can helps to shed some light to your conception/misconception.. |

Again, today facing boost transaction issue. Payment done but stuck at boost payment page and also didn't reflect investment in Opus Touch. Hopefully they can resolve it soon.

QUOTE(coolguy99 @ Jul 8 2020, 12:09 PM) They deduced your Boost wallet but investment didn't reflect in Opus? So far I have never encountered this issue. But I would be paranoid if I have, I always screenshot after completing each transaction, just in case something like this happens. Yes, i received Opus investment confirmation email after 1 hour, perhaps today is boost online day, traffic jam i think. |

QUOTE(tan_aniki @ Aug 10 2020, 09:39 PM) i saw others bond going down quite heavy today, hopefully IPF not that much but for those redeem today might be a good news as August storm is here already... Hi, how to see the bond performance you mentioned above? Is the fluctuation proportional with IPF NAV movement? |

QUOTE(leo_kiatez @ Sep 11 2020, 10:59 PM) This fund is similar to IPF, if it drops, tomorrow you will see IPF drop also.https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/ABMBNDF:MK |
