Arrived at 7++AM and saw a queue. Staff said people started lining up around 530AM! Process was relatively painless - took a number and went for breakfast till 830 when they started calling numbers. Managed to book one with morning sun! rclxms.gif

FYI there is no show units to see although there is a bare unit that we could visit.

Is anyone looking more a bigger size, at Bukit Puchong area 1.2m 3500sqft come with 18' ft kitchen size, some more is semi D..to LDP highway 6 min To SKVE within 10min, Interested can find me ya...

Some developers like Sunway do balloting from very start even though many units, and SP also ?

Good that it's not balloting and you get to choose based on your turn, you really enjoy the buying experience then

Still got remain units… 1.48mil net with no MOT subsidy… mean about 1.55mil…

If this is Abadi Heights, it's not Bukit Puchong, it's quite deep in Jalan Pulau Meranti
