I called and they said still got few leftover units, but bumi quota, no luck then . How many units are there in total, individual title but freehold?? Extra 300k but can get corner! Just that 2 storey only, built up way smaller than Legenda?

In that case, seems like Lagenda is way cheaper than Legasi yet closer to amenities, plus with GnG... But cons with flood.. Connectivity could be better since nearer to highway.. To me GnG is most important for a landed nowadays, is legasi 1 2 vp aldy? Got guardhouse and perimeter fencing?

legasi yet to vp? But i saw few ads selling it already, i wonder why so rush. When will the GnG be set up? I heard other project took at least 1-2yr for it even with prior agreement during snp.
