I was informed soft launch is next Saturday for existing buyers and staff members. Then the official launch is the following Sat.

Guess the developer wants to reward existing buyers for their loyalty which is quite common..  Think most "insiders" would have bought the first phase at sub 1Mil.

Hope to get a good house number!!    Signed up and plan to go early to chop a spot since its first come first served.

You have a point that the existing buyers will be able to choose their units a week earlier on 17th-18th June - i was worried about it too but the sales guy told me that a huge chunk of sign ups are new buyers. Can wait and see anyway and ask how many units booked after the 17/18th weekend before i go queue on the 24th. 

No balloting, gotta queue. I prefer this way la since not that many units, just gotta go early on 24th June. Time to borrow my son's nintendo switch

Arrived at 7++AM and saw a queue. Staff said people started lining up around 530AM! Process was relatively painless - took a number and went for breakfast till 830 when they started calling numbers. Managed to book one with morning sun! 

FYI there is no show units to see although there is a bare unit that we could visit.

Still got units. No need ballot.

Still got remain units… 1.48mil net with no MOT subsidy… mean about 1.55mil…

Actually the price at very high side… suddenly I felt my purchase at Bandar kinrara is worthy

the main reason i chooose legenda instead of legasi series is legenda provide proper guard house and with CCTV surrounding.

i heard from my friend who bought legasi now having issue to build guard house as some of the owners not agree to build guard house, and thier SPA its only stated with fencing. (correct me if im wrong)

also, Rimbun 2 handover more than 2 years still using the tong minyak at the entrance.

i curious why developer not build a proper guard house in advance?

today ballot tomorrow staright away got sub sales, price increase RM100k

from my undertstanding is cannot...i been submit my cheque 3 times (3 phase) for thier project, whenever finished balloting u will saw ppl start selling at iproperty at higher price.

legasi 1 & 2 is the worst experiences, that time is under 1st come 1st serve by queuing ..some ppl selling thier queue no RM10k,20k..these ppl are here to earn money, alot ppl complaining to developer but i didnt saw any action taken
