Guess the developer wants to reward existing buyers for their loyalty which is quite common.. Think most "insiders" would have bought the first phase at sub 1Mil.

Hope to get a good house number!! thumbup.gif Signed up and plan to go early to chop a spot since its first come first served.

You have a point that the existing buyers will be able to choose their units a week earlier on 17th-18th June - i was worried about it too but the sales guy told me that a huge chunk of sign ups are new buyers. Can wait and see anyway and ask how many units booked after the 17/18th weekend before i go queue on the 24th.

No balloting, gotta queue. I prefer this way la since not that many units, just gotta go early on 24th June. Time to borrow my son's nintendo switch wink.gif

Yes will do! Yeah really bo bian lor. Either its balloting where I am not guaranteed a house no matter how hard I try, or its first come first served where my hard work is rewarded. Elmina and Legasi also like that. If only there was a way to do it online!

Arrived at 7++AM and saw a queue. Staff said people started lining up around 530AM! Process was relatively painless - took a number and went for breakfast till 830 when they started calling numbers. Managed to book one with morning sun! rclxms.gif

FYI there is no show units to see although there is a bare unit that we could visit.

Yes my friend who bought Perling had to pay and yeah what @bigman said. Since there's no law that covers individual titles, the developer has to collect deposit just in case some owners don't pay maintenance fees. For strata it's easier, RA can legally sue people who don't pay.
