this weekend i gona try Temiang? will i b seeing anybody there?

friend was planning Temiang last Sunday, but it rained and he got food poisoning so had to cancel. where do you plan to start?

start from broga. total distance will b 50+km...
add abit more extra than my 40km route ...
hopefully i can make it nanti kena cakap tak cukup mileage untuk cycle dgn orang jauh jauhan.

ya lo, ride 40km need 4 rides to get same mileage as 1 ride 160km solo, how to keep up

My preferred bike service is Keong from megabike...

How much roughly is for bike fitting price and full bike service ya?

Bike fit can range abt 250-xxx depends on wat u wana do..
Servicing can range from 80-250 depends on whether u wana get ur bearing service..

not familiar with wangsa maju area also, went to some shops around setapak, sri rampai before but closed down a few years ago. so for service I usually go to meng thai kota damansara (cos megabike previously had a long waiting list, friend had to wait 3 weeks before he got his bike back). and I got my bike from meng thai so labour for service is free. for bike fitting I went to vo2max sdn bhd at bukit jalil, uses retul system for fitting. Current prices are here https://www.vo2max.asia/ . did comprehensive fit for 1st bike, then 2nd bike do the 2nd bike fit cheaper.

start from Mantin to Temiang round about u-turn ...

Nice view with lots of climb(s)...
but the sun was burning hot ...
had to drink 3 bottle of water, nasib got pitstop there...
unable to hit avg 30km/hr...

yeah yesterday was super hot lol. I rode from home to bukit rotan just before kuala selangor, only brought 1 bottle, had 2 drinks at pitstop, not hydrating enough crosswind yesterday was strong also, couldnt average 30km/h either, maybe should start rides at 4am like other sifus.

i also brought 1 bottle, refill 2 times.

yay, yesterday night ride managed 30km/h even though it was in a peloton being pulled by ladies hahahahaha

They could b stronger than us and just let go water so that we can tag along...

I hardly go cos sked cannot cope with their speed..

Other than Mariana who was a national rep and more often than not lead many fast pelotons, I was amazed by some that I’ve met on the road too, Aimi Iwasaki is one of them who surprised me

weaklings like me only can look up to them.

I can only look from behind them too...
