TLDR: Authorities cordon off the shoulder of the road where visitors park their cars due to safety/security and environment issues (garbage).

Netizens rants about the garbage issue.

The road is still open and accessible to road users.

Visitors can still view the planes at the "anjung spotter".

So cyclist can still cycle on that road to do their KLIA Loop and take selfie/wefie.

QUOTE(andrewhtf @ Dec 2 2021, 01:06 PM)
he said i should move saddle 3-5mm more forward but saddle already adjusted max forward. so proposed to change seatpost to non-setback so i can move the saddle abit more forward. current one have 15mm setback. not to say cannot ride but he say i will subconciously try to push back to place my sitbone on the fattest part of saddle. so might as well fix it.

based on current setup, he also suggest to shorten my stem by 20mm, but kautim the saddle position dulu and i might not have to change or shorten less. oh ya he raised my handle by one spacer up... i think by 5mm. i have always wanted to do that on my own before fitting but i thought, "eh, higher means less aero lah". he said "being aero is just a natural  result of your own body and legs pressing down on pedal lah, not because you purposely lower down the front"  laugh.gif

pedal is because my left leg length is slightly shorter than right leg, he said if i am using rb cleats then we can cheat abit by putting spacer on the left cleats to extend my left foot reach to pedal. it doesnt work the same on mtb type cleats. for now he slightly lower my seat height to compensate for the left leg, right leg have to work slightly harder lor. earlier he also suspect my current pedal could be the cause of my numbness and he swapped out an SPD pedal for me to try out, indeed it feels alot more stable and "locked-in" but the numbness issue still persisted. so it fall back to me whether i want to change out to road pedals or not. my concern still the same - i will destroy road cleats very fast since i walk off the bike alot.

cincai any carbon seatpost lor. toseek or uno. lazada/shopee banyak

not sure, possible from the crash then after bone healing it shortened, or possible that it is natural, since i dont even realise the length difference. or rather i never pay attention. walking also never notice imbalance.

Did a short ride from Kepong to ss17
Legs felt good, good enough to make it to kesas but brain said no.
So after lepak ss2 because cannot lepak at 17 then balik lo. Via Hartamas and Segambut. Easy Peasy. Next week maybe Bangsar Hills and Damansara Heights just for fun.

Went and do a bike fit yesterday. Since the bike is the right size for me, there is no major change. Just some slight fine tune and suggestions to try out one by one as I ride along.

I’ve gone to him a few times Mainly because the first fitting my palm become numb, but this is due to everyday on trainer during mco period. After that, he recommend shorten the stem which now I’m using like 60mm

i got a fren, he ride in fast group can up to 30-31km/h
But while he ride in solo or with other buddies. the speed manage maintain 25-26km/h

always ride in group and fast doesn't make your stronger as always leeching at the back of strong cyclist. The only ways to make you stronger, solo always the to push with all the stamina that you have, hence your brain must be strong too as it always physco you to stop as soon as possible.

I can pull u all the way...
Anything between 30-39km/hr... I confirm u b stronger if u can keep up all the way...

Yes mental plays an important role...
As long as the group is faster than ur avg... U will still improve if u can keep up...
