Sufferfest on the hills....sections slower by 30 percent but wattages are higher. In my head...already spend money on the wheels....push harder.

But downhill and flats....these wheels just wants to go go go!

Huh?
Hills are always a suffer fest, it's just whether you suffer more or less.

As Greg Lemond said, "It never gets easier, you just go faster."
Congrats on the new high profile wheels. Just a matter of getting used to riding up grades with them.
Unless I'm attempting the Cameron Loop again next year, my Swisside 625s are my wheelset for all parcours.

Flat and downhill biggest difference..on the flat now I constantly see around 40 to 44kmh on my meter...usually 38 ish.
Downhill also I first time hit 60kmh on the gce downhill after Bukit jelutong climb...usually 54

But it could also be placebo that I know got new rims so more semangat.....will try tomorow and see if I still see the above
But general feeling...I'm less tired on the flat ....once get the tire rolling

Start acceleration take a bit of effort more ...and climbing also more spinning to be done so the wheels rotate
Also this wheelset is about 1.75kg ...my older rims around 1.4kg...both wheelset on ceramic bearings ....the new wheelset just did around 40km ride...hope to run more km so it breaks out n

After a 100km or if the wheels looks a bit not straight bring them back to the shop for them to adjust the spoke tension.

Extra suffer fest coz I feel something weighing me down....spin spin spin...macam Ada magnet holding can't break through.
Guess need to get my piston upgraded with more rides and less complain.
*
Check your brake pad clearances.
Don't worry about the "magnets", as you get more rides in and shape up you'll feel the mags less.

I think he open a small shop in desa kompleks.
If lepak online, I would lepak at chain reaction jor.
Use to go lepak and blow water at Kim Mun, now the boss do business from home. But can see the decline in business since the start of gst.

Lansi or not, loss of a lepak place and place to go and look and try stuff is a loss.

How is low sperm count bad?
If you have kids, you will not have time to cycle.
You will get fat and depressed then your wife leaves you.
Now you're fat, got to take care of kids, totally no time to cycle and no wife to ride also.
Tell me again, how low sperm count is bad?

wife, err.. that day was supposed to be a morning short ride and planned to reach home before noon so sunscreen tak bawak.

but while we were at puncak alam i proposed to ride further, hantam saja
we're both wearing long sleeve shirt,
she had long compression liners on, so no issue there. only the face and neck exposed.
i only had 1 short cycling pants. plan to buy long cycling pants pulak after this.
which one better, just the pants alone or the type with singlet-like extension?
*
Sunscreen spray on the back of the neck makes all the difference.

It's not the outbound that kills you, it's the 4+1 climbs on the return leg to your car in BJ that kills you.

invest in good quality branded bibs la. want wear cheapo jerseys thats fine. bibs must be gooding ones. expensive, close eyes just pay. if u want to ride longer la.

i used to own 2 pairs of bibs. rm180 dhb, rm3xx spez. the dhb lasted almost 2 years only. the spez, close to 5 years.

u get what u pay for

The other I saw my friend wear a Assos jersey for the Mercedes Amg Petronas F1 team, looks nice and relaxed cutting some more. He bought from lazada so probably a knock off. Haha

price wise, 1 rapha bib = 3 regular bibs

can 1 rapha bib outlast 3 regular bibs?
*
Rather have 3 bibs that are comfortable enough just because I can wear a fresh bib every ride.
