haha coz im in Kinrara already now in BK5 and goes to bukit jalil almost everyday hence would benefit me alot if open up earlier.

Just curious where is Legasi 3 located? I drove pass the site and can only see Legasi 1 and 2.

Legasi 3 alrdy under construction leh. Directly west of legasi 2 land plot... Easily mistaken for part of L2 from outside.

Last weekend i saw L4 land clearing already in progress.

yes, can see the structure for L3 already.
I did saw the L4 land clearing too but it does seems like they are clearing more than l4 as they went quite deep in

Bdr Kinrara is at that phase of recognition that Bdr Puteri Puchong was 10 years ago, it will catch up soon enough.

But with Pavillion Bukit Jalil opening next month, this would be game changer.
Giant left Bandar Puteri and that puchong area is not appealing to high class malls.
Being in retail industry, NSK wanted to go in but got objection i heard because if NSK goes in, will tarnish bandar puteri image.

I think got lah. Got case where a friend bought a subsale at BK7 1 year after completion. Still get remaining 1 year DLP.
DLP of 24 months will only start to run down once VP-ed.
Anyway, its a win-win situation for you to buy before VP.
Once its VP, its considered as completed property, and at that time, the bank valuation kicks in, and you might not be able to get ideal 90% MOF.

What to tarnish Bandar Puteri image, there are a mix of income level residents in the neighbourhood.
Not like Ukay Perdana, Damansara Height. Bukit Tunku standard.
