Is there a difference between Legasi 1, 2 or 3? I’m considering buying Legasi 4 but it seems that launch is postponed and no guarantee that will get it since more demand than supply 😂

Location and facade as well as size.. Legasi 4 location definitely wont be as good as 1,2,3 hence the subsale market is very hot now.
Theres 2 offers for my place at 1.9m respectively for a 44x75 unit in Legasi even before keys handover

Legasi is double storey right? Looking at the double storey units as I can only afford those 😅

Yes it will be double storey but i think the last phase is not that desirable still

I was driving around the area, and the opening of new road is definitely a good one, where I am able to reached Pavillion BJ in less than 3 minutes (even after waiting 3-way traffic light).
Just amazed!

Ya, i'm quite pleased with that road. No need to pass the flats and rimbun side to join lebuhraya bukit jalil.

Tho gotta say i prefer the road past the zest, bk9 and alam sutera to go pavilion2. That quieter road macam directly leads to the mall's ramp in the future.

3 things, wide road, smooth tarmac, and bright lightings.
Just feel so nice.

Haha you could... Turn RIGHT, all the way straight, pass through GIANT Kinrara, turn another RIGHT, and there you go. You are on the road past the Zest, BK9, Alam Sutera When there is a will there is a way~

Officially the nearest Double Storey Terrace house to Pavillion Bukit Jalil would be Legasi already and I think this will really bring the value rocketing up as well as the easy access to the mall just under 3 minutes.

Road circled in red open 1 side already i.e. from BK6 to SIRIM direction. The other side i think waiting for traffic light to be completed.
