yeah, 200k more expensive than anggun list price at 2.2m but quite deep in.
Will not bother this project as 20 units only.. im sure inside would book in advance a big chunk of availbility

Maybe the smaller buildup is a strategy to keep the materials costs down. Covid messed up the supply chain.

Proly exceed 2.5mil list price if 4xxx sq ft.

you are right.. this is definitely one big drawback already.
The previous anggun semi d also is around this build up.
I guess best to look for subsale in Kinrara now instead of buying new ones..

That's good. It means Setia will spruce up their entrance too. The road that side could use it.

Gotta say the part near the BK9 bungalows looks a bit underwhelming compared to near Qaseh.

I agree, they should make it more lively but honestly currently its so much better already versus the past!

Is there a difference between Legasi 1, 2 or 3? I’m considering buying Legasi 4 but it seems that launch is postponed and no guarantee that will get it since more demand than supply šŸ˜‚

Location and facade as well as size.. Legasi 4 location definitely wont be as good as 1,2,3 hence the subsale market is very hot now.
Theres 2 offers for my place at 1.9m respectively for a 44x75 unit in Legasi even before keys handover

Legasi 4 from the land topology and fengshui perspective really not that ideal, not sure how SP is going to solve it? Like elevating the land?

i agree that Legasi 4 is least favorable amongst the 1,2,3 and im curious to see the outcome!
