Another issue was , this was how i pay TNB :

1. Top up Grabpay using CC
2. Top up elinking with #1
3. Buy TNG soft pin with #2.
4. Go 7-11 pay TNB with TNG .

But now that TNG soft pin have whopping RM0.50--2 fee .
i still have ~RM300 in elinking + RM500 grabpay

any idea how to use them to pay TNB ?

seems nobody reporting here since already at 7 Eleven, i just use the randomised cashback voucher to pay TNB with RM0.30 cashback

i just park in Elinking first and wait for one day whichever payment (assessment, telco, utilities or soft PIN) have promo with lower fees only use all the balance inside... lucky ur funds not in FoneApp, i have at least RM400 stucked in FoneApp
GrabPay is the best, can use easily for many purpose

pay rm10 + 10 + 15 to get rm4 + 4 + 3 per day. rm4 limited to 2 times only. rm3 is daily CB.

haha. i same as u. stuck 200 on foneapp. Still thinking elinking useful because can pay assesment fees.
(reason im from sabah but i also got few TNB bill, and sabah here no sakae sushi or KK Mart that i can use this)
stuck but still can use in it, just do it every month.

Hope end month, reload elinking can do grab event

It says the fee is 'dynamic' but it seems to be a flat rate of 1.5% of the amount you wanna pay.
Didn't go thru with the transaction so not sure if it will change higher/lower

Could be a set range like 0-1000, 1001-2000. Anywhere in between the possible ranges could be the same maybe...

I roughly tested the other day, i think it was more like 1.5% - 2% based on entered payment amount. Didn't bother to explore further.

7E got any minimum payment for TNB? Using PAM, minimum is RM10. I have some bills that are below RM10.

1. Cashback RM4 (min spend RM10). Max can claim twice per user only throughout campaign period.
2. Cashback RM3 (min spend RM15). Max can claim once per user per day.
