QUOTE(minmin77 @ May 9 2020, 04:26 PM) Hi all, I'm newbie to elinking. All the while, I'm using boost in my iphone. Just want to know whether I can use my another android phone to download elinking app and use sign in and pay function ( but sign in my iOS boost account ) to pay TNB? thanks I'm not sure about Boost but for Grabpay it would be fine because it just requests for your phone number and TAC code which you can obtain from your other device.

QUOTE(alandhw @ Jun 1 2020, 01:47 AM) Tap on Pay Bills will see.. Oh no I wonder how much will the fees be. Any exact dates when the fees will be implemented? Don't wanna reload app credit then suddenly only realise they start charging fees. Hopefully the fees will be flat rate RM 0.50 or something. If 1-2% of total fees can die

QUOTE(jasontoh @ Jun 17 2020, 02:39 PM) How much is the e-wallet fee? RM 0.70 per transaction. But can usually offset with the vouchers given in the app

QUOTE(Sumofwhich @ Jun 23 2020, 02:30 PM) Then we should let him know that we're gonna ditch elinking soon, crazy, first impose fees, then cut down the rebate. Why would ppl spend RM0.20 to pay TNB bill when they can pay it directly through myTNB app / PAM / 7-11 / HappyMart without extra cost. Well, we do get to use our e-wallet to pay TNB because of them and honestly I think they don't make any money off of our bill payments especially TNB since they're known to be very strict with payment methods. The real other alternative may be PAM but you'd have to spend time and effort out of your daily schedule to make the payment in order to pay boost. End of the day you just gotta weigh the pros & cons. If the RM0.70 is too unreasonable, then just stop using them and use any of the other alternatives. As for me, the fee is still reasonable so I'll continue using them for their convenience and flexibility.

Just noticed that the fees for bill payment has changed. Thought previously it was 70 sen flat rate.
Now got different calculation. 0.2% for >RM 350 bill payments. But so far the higher value vouchers still manage to offset the amount la. Still worth to continue using the app to pay TNB for me.

QUOTE(Jnkm13 @ Aug 3 2020, 02:32 PM) Hi. When I tried to top up RM100 today, there is no problem. But when I tried RM200 or more, there is a pop up asking me to bind my social account in order to complete the payment. Is this legit? Yeah I kena the same thing last week when trying to topup RM500. When choose lower amount then no issue. So I ignore it and reload few times smaller amt

QUOTE(AgentVIDIC @ Aug 8 2020, 11:37 PM) I see, is the payment to TNB reflected immediately on the TNB app? Or need to wait for 1 - 2 days? Usually gotta wait. About 2-3 working days then will reflect on their system

QUOTE(msa9696 @ Aug 27 2020, 09:50 PM) I've already mentioned in my previous post that it's tagged under bill payment, and no points will be awarded for GrabPay Didn't notice you meant this. So I guess using PAM for TNB via Grabpay no point then. At least Boost can get coins

QUOTE(ikanbilis @ Sep 24 2020, 03:24 PM) Exactly. Just now i tried RM1287 could not get through many times. So i change to RM987 and it went through immediately. I guess up to RM999 is within their threshold. Thanks for trying. Do they limit you how many times can pay per day per account tho?

QUOTE(eviechu28 @ Jan 7 2021, 05:58 PM) so basically there is no app for paying TNB with discount ? We should consider lucky can use ewallet for TNB bills. You get rewards from using your CC + your ewallet already. Double-dipping enough d don't need greedy triple-dip lol This post has been edited by jimhorn: Jan 7 2021, 06:01 PM
