What's the best option to pay for tnb bill using ewallet to get best % of cashback / rebate?

I'm not familiar with elinking and foneapp, maybe someone can help

1. TNG VOUCHER hunt cashback (~10%)
2. Pam using boost for boost coins (~1.5-1.8% for level 5 - assume coins are to redeem partners wallet for Grocery /petrol)
