I think you can explained the steps below to 7-11 staff on how to pay bills using touch n go ewallet.
Steps:
1. Tell the staff you want pay TnB bills using TnG eWallet.
2. The staff will then select bill payment->TnB at their counter (They can select various bills like Unifi, Air Selangor, Astro, etc)
3. Show your bill barcode (softcopy or hardcopy) and let the staff scan, in this case I just show my barcode in smartphone.
4. Tell the staff the amount you want to pay.
5. The staff will then manually key in the amount.
6. The staff will scan your TNG eWallet.
7. Receipt will be printed out.
8. Keep the receipt for reference just in case any issue occur.

You can either go to other mynews outlets or tell the cashier that other mynews outlet can pay tnb bills using mynews virtual card. For my case, I explained to the cashier and she call her supervisor and then problem solved then can pay tnb bill already.

1. Yes can pay TNB.
2. Don't think can use grabpay to reload into Pos Malaysia Mobile app. You can pay using different ewallets boost, grabpay, TnG and FPX.

I tried rm10 and rm1 for FPX payment, it charges rm0.50.
For ewallet payment, it is FOC.
