What is their gopayz customer service channel? Can't seems to find in their apps.

Ahhh transferred out 1.5K and immediately the allowed topup goes up to 2K

Just an update:

Received the cash out on 20/Nov evening (about 24 hours WOW) and also topup limit goes back to the max amount now.

So confirmed need atleast 1 day for any purchase transaction to change to "settled" otherwise the topup limit will be locked and you cant topup anymore.

I meant the spending eg if spent 5K on purchase u wont be able to topup and make purchase anymore.
Means if u want to buy something for 10K u can only use GoPayz to pay up to 5K and use other method for the remaining.

For bank transfer the limit will be immediately released and can topup again.
