Is there any top up limit per day or per month?
- there is no limit for monthly and daily but for daily please refer detail explanation below. Let's say wallet limit is RM5k, I top up RM4k today and transfer RM4k, I still can top up another RM5k or only RM1k? - yes you can reload another RM5k again but only RM1K reflect into your account. the other 4K will be reflect into your account after the unposted transaction(transfer RM4k) clear in the system. This is what CS told me, I think that's the reason why ur top up balance is less due to some money still waiting to transfer out |
