i send mail to their CS and they reply me with that, not monthly limit but daily limit

RM5k is the wallet limit, not top up limit

click the menu button on the top left, u will see the Transfer To Bank option

it seems like u can top up another RM570 to max RM3300

Today topup total RM4.4K

Later need to check how much i topup total for this month.
Hopefully its daily limit not monthly limit

- ​there is no limit for monthly and daily but for daily please refer detail explanation below.
Let's say wallet limit is RM5k, I top up RM4k today and transfer RM4k, I still can top up another RM5k or only RM1k?
- ​yes you can reload another RM5k again but only RM1K reflect into your account. the other 4K will be reflect into your account after
the unposted transaction(transfer RM4k) clear in the system.

This is what CS told me, I think that's the reason why ur top up balance is less due to some money still waiting to transfer out

Today total topup is 4.4K and after spending still have balance RM2720 in wallet now.
However available to topup only RM570.

If they include "floating/pending" transaction then it defeats the purpose of max RM5000 wallet limit.

I top up rm3k today and withdraw 3k today.

Still able to topup another 4,990 (coz now got rm10 in wallet)

Hmmm....u did a bank transfer but i spent 1.5K and balance 2.7K in wallet

So that means if i topup 5K and spend 5K then i wont be able to topup and use again until the transaction changed to settled?
That sucks.

Lemme try do a bank transfer out see if the topup limit increase or not.



Update:
Ahhh transferred out 1.5K and immediately the allowed topup goes up to 2K

Someone pls tell their CS about this issue.
