Received the call from GoPayz.
They ask me why I’m top up and then transfer out the money? I replied them my BigPay account too much money already. Need to withdraw out.
They said purpose of calling just want to make sure the transaction make by owner.

Same for my case. Poor customer service.. Filled a complaint, asking, them why transaction failed for boost, they say currently not supported. Ask them why transaction failed for tnb website too, also same reason given not supported. I think their customer support is rather poor. Then, what is use for virtual cards?? Nowander people only use the card for top up & withdraw due to their poor customer service.. don't even dare to put his or her CS name.. complaint them kao kao

Even with physical card, TNB, TNG, GrabPay, etc., all can't be used. Only onsite wave is possible.

I'm withdrawing since October, more times, total higher amount but I didn't receive call from them. You guys are so obvious without other spending. biggrin.gif

I think I just ignore the number cos yday transfer already in, Monday just wait for today transfer but Monday will still transfer again
