Just got a call from GoPayz staff ask why I made 3x topup and 3x withdrawal without using the card. Then I just say how to use the card if i havent receive the card.

Hi all, i am thinking to apply physical card. I'm existing bigpay user, still thinking to apply visa prepaid or unionpay prepaid, anyone has suggestions? I only travel to China once after every few years.

Called the today. CS said will check & call me back. As of 5:36 pm, never call me.

My transation in GoPayz is only top up and withdraw. Then the staff why am I doing so. So I said I top up with intention to use, but haven't receive the card, so i cannot use. so i withdraw.

not funny to ask. it's part of the due diligence to question a select sample size of users (like cold-calling).

the same applies to other ewallet apps/issuers. they would call, even if it's very obvious usage, regardless.

it is weird if top up and withdrawn. I believe Bank Negara have give a right for them to check with u, U can choose no to give reason and they can stop u to use their service.

it is for anti money laundery

Received their reply this morning. They said that they have sent out yesterday. See if I’ll receive it by today.
