Sunway bought over como land, but como actual site still will be como ,just the side sales gallery belongs to sunway

Unit Next to refuse chamber, will be smelly? If rubbish full, when there are continuing public holiday?
That unit is 1206sqft layout.
Sale person said, net price from 750k to 1.1mil.
Also, average selling at Rm760/sqft.
But, all this yet confirm?😅😅😅

Only the COMO gallery belong to Sunway and will be Phase 2 in future. COMO site is land fill previously

Typo. Their marketing team needs to be rapped on the knuckles for these errors. They got square footage incorrect during Belfield selling also.

The covered walkway approved by DBKL and confirmed?
Last last after completion suddenly no covered walkway due to marketing gimmick only.
Whatever that is not inside your SNP is not legally binding. Haha.

Curious that COMO site just left empty like this or they will revive and build together with Sunway project?
So messy la that COMO site and project status.

If average selling at Rm760/sq ft, look not that attractive given Exsim Rosewoodz nearer to LRT selling cheaper than that with 70% furnished. Just need buy mattress and can move in ready.

700m is really not that far lol. it’s just like from klcc walk to pavilion via the bridge

malaysians need to just get out and walk (plus theres covered walkway!)

The funniest thing is so many people buy these MRT properties then they stop using it once they have a nice car or kids. It does make sense in our overprotective culture. Food for thought. It wouldn’t be feasible to walk 700m with a baby pram.

Totally agree. Rm760/sqft should be area close to Link2 and Tropika. Rosewoodz just walking distance to few kopitiams and roti canai breakfast⁄supper, also got 99speedmart and news, accessible to two LRT stations. If want go Pavilion just take feeder at Awan Besar Station.
If you observed below LRT line, there are few columns just next to road, how they going to build a covered walkway by skipping the column⁉
COMO land is not under Mutiara Bkt jalil area.

If measure from map, about 650m from entrance to lrt station.
If they can build walkway like bkt bintang to KLCC, then different story 😂

Ya it is an add on good to have feature but not many going to use it, how many ppl nowadays that can afford 700k-1mil will actually walk 2-3 km total to and back from work everyday, if u plan investment to rent out target audience not correct also, cannot cover rental if rent too high those will just find nearer to mrt lrt one.

To me selling point of this is the private activity park , that you can enjoy some greenery and do some exercise without driving out like go to bukit jalil park.

Then need to bet on phase 2 can cover basic commercial need like some restaurant , cafe, mini mart , then it can form a small community there.

Downside are also pretty obvious as well, surrounding and access , ppr gonna be there, kinrara industrial park not gonna revamp mostly , since not under dbkl
