Correct, Rosewood already passed those PPR. But imagine this, once rosewood complete, there will be tons of car park on the roadside as well. So u can see line of cars from PPR straight to Bukit OUG Condo.

it’s really not a good experience driving through that area, with all the cars parking on the roadside. it’s gonna be EVEN massive jam, especially when there’s concert or football match (it’s already very jam when there are those events)

700m is really not that far lol. it’s just like from klcc walk to pavilion via the bridge

malaysians need to just get out and walk (plus theres covered walkway!)

Just wondering if anyone here that is staying near that area has actually reported the illegal parking on the road to the authority (DBKL) and gotten any feedback from them? Or they just couldn't care much to take any action?

Considering the increase of traffic on this road from the newly completed Platinum OUG and Sunway Flora in the future, this is going to be a problem for the residents at this area.

give them thousands of summons also no use. inside the premises also no enough parking spaces, where else can they park 😂

Hi all, long timer lurker here on this forum. I am very interested in this project and just came back from sales gallery yesterday. Below are my humble findings, do feel free to chime in on your view:

Cons:
1) Project layout shape is unconventional (L-shape)
2) Type A facing light industrial
3) Type A facing west sun
4) Surrounding not as pleasant for ownstay (light industrial, low cost flats)
5) Water tank may be an eye sore, espcially to future tower b lower level units

Pros:
1) Freehold
2) Practical layout for ownstay
3) Located in bukit jalil which is near to most of my family memebers
4) Developer with proven track records

Things to consider:
1) according to the SA no soundproofing windows provided(i think its okay as lrt is quite distance away and not situated beside busy road or highway)
2) unit 02 has a fire hose compartment (any things to take note?)

3) small empty land beside project (per SA future will be used for future pusat komuniti, however no black and white)

All in all, i feel like the cons for this project are not ultimate deal breaker for me. However would like to seek for more opnions before commiting to this project.

any other projects in bukit jalil that you’re considering? if you don’t mind the traffic there (ie. double parked cars, narrow road, residents from low cost flats), by all means go ahead

Yeap, been looking around projects nearby, seems like this project tick more boxes for me. Understand on the concern of the environment and will consider thoroughly if that is something i am willing to accept.

Yes, i am still puzzled what makes Bukit Jalil price so crazy. That park and golf, really?
*
it’s the connectivity and access to city centre

but i do understand where you’re coming from. i’ve stayed here for more than 10 years and to me BJ has lost its appeal due to unnecessary high traffic. i go to work everyday and already feel frustrated with the traffic outside aka no quality of life. many people may not mind but i personally can’t wait to move out of BJ

only those who really live in bukit jalil will comprehend your sentence above. Majority of here either first time buyer banging their head to pavilion or trying hard property agent.

The traffic in and out during peak hour is kinda crazy unless you are working location is towards Seri Kembangan that side la.. but hell, who will want to pay more to Bukit Jalil and work down south

Thank god post MCO drive my industry to full WFH, i got a break from this peak hour traffic or else it will be immediate factor for me to move out. It used to take me 1 hour KL/PJ before MCO, and traffic after MCO is obviously far worse than before.

yeah good luck to the buyers who gonna use the junction to come out to kesas every morning
