I thought after rebate Type A about 550k? Type B 7xx k ?

Last weekend got attractive discount if register interest. I think should be around 550k together with that rm5k grand opening draw, sort of.

based on my own experience, high floor got benefit.
at peak hour, usually lift will full when reach low floor.
high floor usually not full.
if taking high floor also pay lesser progressive interest

the tiles looks like 2 feet x 1 feet so you can roughly use that as guide on door width

Learn this Flora1 EV infra information from SA during recent visit to the Flora2 showroom. Hopefully information is convey correctly 😬:-

Total residence is 748 units.
Parking allocated is 1,2 or 3 lots to each unit bought.
Anyway, only 1 EV lot is allocated to each resident.
That means a total of 748 units of EV charging lot in that building.

Here is how the loading control works:-
Maximum only HALF of 748 units is allowed to charge at once --> 374 units !!

Maximum length of time is 4 hours (or 6 hours I forgot). After your charging time is finished, it will automatically terminate, and the "charging order" will go to the next in queue. This is a normal charging port.

On top of your own charging pot, there are at least 2 fast charging ports at the ground floor visitors area.

No EV infra mentioned in Flora2 product information.

this is best indicator so far, very helpful. it is indeed narrower but day to day should be fine. but taking palliative care into consideration, the width will challenging for my daily needs.

yes it is important to facilitate easy in and out for wheelchair. the good part for flora is the ramp into and out of the house and toilet/shower (instead of step)
