Attended Flora Tower B launching yesterday n response was good. There is an increase in price of Type B n marginal increases in Tyoe A n C.
Noted that Type C, abt 1500 sq ft was fully sold except 1 unit for Tower A. Presumably many with bigger families opted for them. The last phase will be commercial with service apts n business units at the present gallery site. Project is platinum green certified with EV infra. |

This is following the success of Sunway Flora’s first tower, which achieved a take-up of 80% since its launch on March 25. With a combined gross development value of RM723 million, the project comprises two apartments spread across a 5.37-acre freehold tract. The first tower will have 45 storeys with 379 units, while the second tower will have 44 storeys with 369 units. These units will have built-ups ranging from 1,055 square feet (sq ft) to 1,507 sq ft and selling prices from RM693,000 onwards. The entire project is slated for completion in 4Q2026. Sunway Property central region senior executive director Chong Sau Min said in the statement: “We are grateful for the continuous strong interest from buyers, the majority of whom are upgraders from around the vicinity, attracted by the multi-generational, wellness-centric, community-focused design”. The statement further highlighted that the development also addresses the needs of the elderly, children and the differently-abled, as ramps are placed in the foyer and bathroom areas. Facilities in Sunway Flora include a 1.3-acre linear park that features five zones: a sweat zone, an active zone, a sharing zone, a fun zone, and a sanctuary zone; a dedicated food and parcel delivery area; an express ramp leading to a six-level parking zone; electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure charging stations, as well as a 24-hour multi-tier security system. Amenities near the development include a diverse range of retail, lifestyle and dining options within a 10-kilometre (km) radius, including Sunway Pyramid, Pavilion Bukit Jalil, IOI Mall Puchong, Giant Kinrara and Pearl Point. Within a 5km radius, residents can find educational institutions like the International Medical University, SJK © Lai Meng, and Tzu Chi International School. Additionally, recreational facilities such as the Bukit Jalil Recreational Park, Bukit Jalil Golf and Country Resort, and the Bukit Jalil National Stadium are also in close proximity.
