Hopefully not. My subscription doesn’t come with any tv pack. It just stated free basic channel (not aneka, varnam, etc) since day 1 of my 8mbps subscription. Finger crossed. Need to wait for two more days before my bill is generated.

Last time when I was in 8mbps, I on free channels too without taken any premium. Since I am upgraded to 10mbps, TM forced me to take premium which is ultimate at rm60. With the new pricing I have to pay rm129 for both internet and TV. I will try to downgrade the TV to any lower such as aneka that will make it cheaper than my current bill.

i already contacted them via live chat regarding this. apparently, this unifi tv came with my streamyx, which is *free* they said.

ive requested them to remove it, and it only reflect on next month bills, which for this month, i have no choice other than to pay the stated amount (RM 69 + RM 30)

i have no problem to pay, it just that, i feel like being cheated,
they should've asked their customer before bill for the unwanted service or whether they wanna retain the unifi tv service. shakehead.gif

Live chat remove the unifi tv package for u ? I using live chat but cs told me only can unsub via TMpoint .

My request to remove the premium pack is now granted. Last time when they told me that the premium pack cannot be unsubs, have to take at least any single pack at rm30 and by default they gave me the ultimate pack that is rm60/month. Last 2 days I requested again but this time from their twitter, received a call from TM to confirm the unsubscription and this evening I am no longer on any premium. Need to pay RM69+ only now for my current Unifi lite 10mbps.

DM at first to provide them my details, they said will send the request to the relevant dept and I received a call the next from TM 03-22465000 to confirm my request.
