Ya some already signed loan agrreement then sign snp.
Loan will start charging intereat once they get approval and start construction which is not yet obtained at the moment.
Some signed early to redeem free gifts

The free gift is secondary. I think the price and location itself even without free gift makes it a good buy.

If price and location is the primary factor and the free gift is just normal, then will it be a risk to buyer if later on they give more rebate? Those who had signed will not be entitle anymore right? hmm.gif

so means those mortgage agent cannot submit, even if signed loan agreement but if havent sign SPA and get apdl, still can retract the loan agreement?

for the free gift, may be just certain agent, but dont bother la if u are man biggrin.gif

location wise is a hoo hah as there will be a confirmed mosque infront location, which may not be preference for non-muslim, or feng shui people who will not prefer any type of rumah ibadah infront of their condo.

anyway this is just personal opinion

please don't twist my words....read carefully.....

without apdl, bank certainly cant come out with loan agreement. Actually the loan agreement is prepared by lawyer, not the bank itself.

you can get your loan pre-approved BUT bank will not sign loan agreement and lawyer cant prepare loan doc without apdl.

Will get means.. not yet. They cannot even sell. No approval means no selling.

Let me add in. No APDL. No contract can be signed yet. Correct me if I am wrong here.

no apdl, basically you cant even promote this property with print materials or e-materials, lets alone selling and get people to sign spa.

Yes. Advertising cannot be allowed but they are doing it openly and everywhere. How did that even happen? blink.gif

Some sales agent actually bought some domain and create their own website for the property. It is not officially advertised by developer but the sales agent itself that does them. So is actually developer be accountable for these?
