Currently waiting for APDL approval to official launch the project.

I seriously have no idea how a developer can have a project booked up to 90% if the apdl approval not yet obtained.

rightfully developer cant even share the layouts and master plan of the yet to be approved project.

unless ppl are so desperate to buy whatever is being launched.

the authority seriously need to investigate this
