Imo, Not too much concern on mosque / temple.  Use to live opposite to mosque or surau.

the only consolations are

1. exsim is not empire
2. this is a 7x acres (or was it 4x acres?) project and exsim wouldn't be that gangho to complete the entire project at once like Empire
3. just with any other bigger size development, it goes by phases. Do you know DPC will be as well received as of today compared to 15 years ago? Many roads connecting to DPc are still not opened as of today.
4. Esxim is smart. They launched affordable housing 1st, get people to move it, wong the place up and slower go for price push inflation strategy.

if you go with expensive and higher end products first, the only is to go further up, which is risky. Like KL Lake North project by CC.....

Agreed on this, can accept a mosque within residential area but the distance is not too near to the condo, my SA only told me that the reserved land might build or not build a mosque, but after I find out myself it is confirmed to build, some more the road is shared with Flora Damansara and only 2 lanes in 2 lanes out.
