So I'm sure that everyone who has visited this project would've also seen EXSIM's Mossaz since the showrooms are just side by side.

And I am asking out of curiousity...

Do you all believe that the security in Flora Damansara will improve because of this project, OR Empire City will finally complete because EXSIM steps in?

Different ya. Empire City is by Mammoth Empire, d'Quince is by EXSIM.

Huh? No such things.
Exsim is working very hard on Mossaz, D'quince and D'vervain.

However, the empire city MALL itself is not going to be under exsim. They just made empire mammoth agree to using binastra as main con for the mall only.

The free gift is secondary. I think the price and location itself even without free gift makes it a good buy.
