What is this icon stand for? Everytime when I disconnect/away from WiFi I will not able to get data connection.

Hi, have u guys experience the touch screen buttons lag issue after unlocking the phone. Few seconds of delay before being able to press the back button. Im using OP7 pro. Need some guidance tq

The Exclamation Mark means your network data is not connected, that is why you don't get data after disconnecting from wifi.
