Any idea how to get this fix locally in KL/Selangor area... cry.gif

possible scenario
1. the file system corrupted, but can be flash back with original rom thus repairing the file system
2. terabyte written (TBW) exceed the storage limit and exhausted, flash storage has limited PE cycles, this one needs the storage chip replaced.

probably not worth to repair as the OS is stuck at Android 11, no more updates for it and will pose security risk.
very soon most apps will increase the minimum supported Android version

Yes. But you have to consider if the phone is even worth fixing now.
