Already did. Last week when the old web couldn't login anymore, I complained. I said the old app still working what? why the old web not working?

I wonder if a lot of people complain or raise their concerns to MCMC and explain about charges such as PAYU which they would not have known until they see the detailed usage, maybe MCMC will make Digi show us the details again. But guess I'm just daydreaming on that. Ha!

I agree the new OCS is lacking in features and details. I would have preferred if they had stuck to the OCS before Telenor CONNECT came in. We can only hope Digi adds back those missing features soon.

I'm using v7.1.0 Android MyDigi app with sign in under TAC. It's still working for me.

I'm have been on biGBonus 30 (5GB) for the past few months but I never used a single byte of the daily free 1-7pm 1GB because I still haven't finished the free 2GB that all long-term users get. I am considering switching to the 30 days 2GB for RM15 as it is cheaper, but I would lose the rollover data that I have already accumulated (>10 GB).

It seems that your usage is hardcore low type. Even if you go for 2GB for RM15/month plan, it may be too much for your usage.
And only Digi prepaid plans that is RM30/month and above are eligible to have Internet rollover. So if you go for Cili Padi 2GB RM15/month plan, there will be no rollover for you.

If you don't mind with that, you may go ahead with that plan.

Alternatively, you might want to consider port out to other telco, such as XOX Black, or Unifi Mobile, where both MVNO/telco allows you to rollover unused data, minutes and SMS and it never expires.
For XOX Black, the hybrid postpaid plan starts from RM10/month that comes with 1GB and 20 mins to all networks. If not enough, you can add-on, and that data add-on is also never expire.

Or maybe redONE that starts from RM8/month. Or Unifi Mobile which you can choose anytime to buy data/call plans, no monthly commitment. But you must either make calls, send SMS or surf Internet within 90 days to keep your account active, or else your number will be terminated on the 91st day.

Or you can go for Altel, which is the only MVNO that able to extend validity to 1 year for RM28 and offers so-so data plans, but can't rollover unused data like XOX or Unifi Mobile.

P.S: I'm not promoting other telcos, but it is merely just a suggestion.
If you find that porting out to other telco too complicated, then just stick to Digi and go for 2GB RM15/month plan lo..

now my roll over plus basic 9GB, montly free 2GB i can use about 1 week, cannot use up at all
but i will still keep this RM30, as now no more RM30 plan

i do not have any social apps, that why my usage low

JohnLai I have no idea. If that's really the law, then that's good and good only if the telcos follow it.
