Except  in  the  circumstances  provided  below,  a  Service  Provider  shall  not  charge  its  Customer  for  bills  issued.  The  circumstances  in  which  a  Service  Provider  may  so  charge,  are  generally  where  Customer  requests  impose  out  of the ordinary requirements on the Service Provider such as :-
a. Requests for past itemization details;
b. Frivolous, vexatious or onerous requests;
c. Such  other  situations  as  are  reasonably  considered  by  the  Service  Provider as incurring cost in carrying out the requests of the Customer.

In the event of a Service Provider wishing to levy charges in any of these instances, the Service Provider shall first inform the Customer of its intention to levy the charge as a result of the Customer’s request and obtain the consent of the Customer.

alexanderclz If I do shoot on Digi to MCMC, I need to shoot Yoodo first. They have not bothered to refund me even after several complaints. Guess they just don't want to refund.

Don't dare to complain to MCMC because now I'm using their booster plan for my data instead of paying the normal data plan. If they really look into my plan as they said they will but still currently never bothered to get back to me, scared wait they know how users are smartly utilizing their booster plan and stop the booster offer. So may just have to accept my loss.

Is there any app/e-wallet that we can get discount for Digi topup or other telco topup? I thought RazerPay app gave discount but when I tried to topup, there were no discount.

Digi app. razerpay you need to claim the voucher first, but not all voucher can use for topup.

I just got to know that if your postpaid plan didn't come with free Roam Like Home, you can subscribe it but once you terminate RLH and subscribe again, need to pay RM20 reconnection fees + RLH charges.

WTF Digi, really?

My plan is Digi 78. If enable now will charge RM10. Once stop subscription and subscribe RLH again later on will cost me RM20 + 10...

New live prepaid user here. Just want to ask..digi give free 10gb for youtube every month..so let say I subscribe bigbonus plan with extra data between 1-7pm and open youtube app around 1-7pm, which quota will utilise first?
