Yesterday 12Jul also got 9pm to 10pm, 1st 2000 reload. When I saw already 9.20pm so gave up.

Anyone experience Digi reload failure but incur few ringgit charges to the credit card thru google service? Tested twice failed and charged to my card. Called both digi and the card center both said not related to them.

Can load through Google? Never tried before. But last week I had a failed reload to Digi using Razerpay. Reported to Razerpay and a few days they redid the reload.

Actually rm5 rebate for reload Rm10 and above not really attractive la. You use 2 Digi lazada voucher already more than that. Some more you got so many Digi lines laugh.gif

I used the form on Razerpay's website. Email also can, it's also on their website.

My 1/7 missing Razerpay RM5 Digi topup solved with a replacement RM5 topup on 8/7.
