If not wrong, plan that do not have basic internet plan

On my plan, a old plan, Best Prepaid v1
If i did not have any internet plan, i still can use internet with PAYU max RM8 perday,
Forgot quota how much.

Change sim card need to wait?
Last time, more that 2 years ago i change to nano
Both digi and u mobile, less than 5 minutes old sim card already show No services.

Every week digi SMS me upgrade to postpaid
Even in BOS also offer me postpaid
Now upgrade to e mail me to postpaid

Suddenly i received sms say i hit RM1 daily usage,
But today i did not make any call
Check daiky usage RM3.00,
No any spam SMS receive,
Where can check what usage?

Yes, have been try multiple time, when i hotspot it deduce my free quota, not main quota
2 days ago i turn on hotspot to download my tablet software update
Less than 10 mins 1GB free use up
