For cheaper premium, shouldn't we use Bjak?
I keep seeing ads in FB feed.

Bjak i test this time already.
Bjak will show the lowest base on all basic. but why it low? because the value of car will make to mininum. So that why u feel very low.
But as comparision, is good.

Early i use bjak compare, then go to main website (MSIG) then buy from there online. MSIG accept Boost drool.gif

Ohh, and if u put same car value.... seem buy from bjak more higher brows.gif

May I know how is the cashback shown in the PBB app? Is it cash backed instantaneously on statement date or after you make settle your statement due ?

hmm.gif Lonpac car insurance okie?

established, should be ok. as long as price ok, got some free towing lo. just that lonpac being public bank punya company, not surprising that their main focus is fire insurance. (last i heard)

buying direct will always be the cheapest. bjak still a 3rd party company.

Seems like I didn't get my cashback this month. I used it to pay for my Allianz insurance. Gave my cc info to the call centre, not sure if this is considered direct debit

I don't use PBB app.
The cash back is instantaneously on statement date.

I didn’t get my cash back rm30 this month from public bank quantum master card.
Instead I received negative rm0.11 as CB. Spending 2000+ on boost and shopee , never miss the rm30 CB before on these spending. I don’t even know how the negative Rm 0.11 come from...
The only special thing is that this month I received money from eToro into quantum master card for investment redemption.
Anyone have this experience?

Correct, your total spending is negative, so cashback is negative.

refer my case
QUOTE(wjleong15 @ Sep 5 2020, 04:16 PM)
the refund cashback calculation of PBB it's ridiculous
I had a refund 7xx from expedia for Feb statement in September
In february it earned me 30 cashback

I swipe 600 in August
So in September the 600 should earn me 30 cashback
and the 7xx refunded should deduct me 30 cashback which I earned in feb
so my cashback should be 0 in September

But but but!!!
it deduct me -8.xx extra
which mean they calculate the whole 7xx x5% = -38.xx
so -38.xx minus my 30 earn cashback, so I have to pay cashback to PBB -8.xx
although I explained multiple times but the cs insist this is how PBB works

Finally he lodge a report after I express my intention to raise this issue to BNM
WTH PBB
